Founded in 1992, the die casting foundry is a professional manufacturing enterprise integrating die design and manufacturing, aluminum and zinc alloy die casting, precision processing and surface treatment of die castings. The company has passed the IATF16949: 2016 quality system and ISO14001: 2015 environmental system certification. It has more than 20 die-casting machines, high-speed/high-precision machining centers, more than 120 CNC lathes, 3 automatic feeding processing lines, high-precision electrical processing machines, surface treatment equipment and other precision special equipment. It has two high-precision large-scale coordinate measuring equipment, X-ray flaw detection equipment, spectrometer and other precision measuring and testing equipment, as well as various advanced design and simulation analysis software, to provide a solid guarantee for meeting the product quality needs of customers at home and abroad.
